Providing non-verbal communication.
I started this business to spread the love of American Sign Language and open this special world of communication for others to explore. It is especially wonderful when you can understand what your baby wants, before they can even form words.
I have always been interested in sign language, but I didn’t stick with it as a child. I began teaching myself again when I found out I was pregnant with my first child, Kaytie Rose. She has been learning with me off and on since she was born. She is 6 and loves learning new signs and I love teaching them to her. I decided I wanted to teach American Sign Language to children in 2016, so I began looking into it. After much research, I decided I wanted to become a Baby Sign Language Instructor through Two Little Hands and start my own business in teaching young ones ASL based baby sign. Kaytie wanted my business to be named after her and so Rose’s Budding Hands was born.
